We inform you that the named Umuhoza Sangwa Alice, Son/daughter of Akimana and Mutuyimana, domiciled at Rugeshi village, Mutarama cell, Mukarange sector, Gicumbi district, in the Northern Province applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name UMUHOZA SANGWA Alice to be called SANGWA UMUHOZA ELYSE in the National Population Registry. The reason for the change of name is that it is my nickname.
