Name Change Request
We inform you that the named NSABIMANA JEAN D Amour, the son/daughter of Bendantunguka and Nyamirembe, domiciled at Gakizi village, Rugerero cell, Mukarange sector, Gicumbi district, in the Northern Province applied for authorization of the change of name from his current name NSABIMANA JEAN D Amour to be called DUSABIMANA JEAN D Amour in the National Population registry. The reason for the change of name is that it is a name I used at school since the beginning of my studies.
