Name Change Request
We inform you that the named NIYONTEZE xxx, son/daughter of Nsengiyumva and Mukakarimba domiciled at Rukiniro village, Nyabishambi cell, Shangasha Sector, Gicumbi district, in the Northern province applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name NIYONTEZE xxx to be called NIYONTEZE Donatien in the national population registry. The reason for the change of the name is that it is my nickname.
